My name is Sarah, I run my business full time after deciding I wanted to work for myself & as I have a passion for crafts (and gift giving) this seemed like the best decision...and I was right!
I live in Derbyshire with my husband, son and dog Bella. Currently I work from home in my office but I am hoping to expand in the near future.

FAQ's
When can I expect my order?
I am currently working on a 3-5 working day turnaround at the moment but this may change in future. My working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Please allow sufficient time for your order to be processed and an additional 2-10 days for delivery. As I am working on my own as a small business I can sometimes face short delays, but if this was to happen I would contact you as soon as possible.
My order has been dispatched but hasn't arrived yet?
Sometimes Royal mail may take between 2-10 days to deliver items to you. Please allow a maximum of 10 days before emailing me, unfortunately I cannot track any parcels until after this time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If any changes need to be made to an order, for instance a design needs to be altered or you would like to add something to the order please contact me with your order number within 24 hours of ordering. After this time no changes can be made unfortunately.
You can also cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, again email me with your order number and I can do this for you. After this time I cannot accept any cancellations.
I don't like the look of my item, can I change it/have a refund?
Unfortunately I don't offer replacement items or refunds.
If an item isn't as described or there was an error on my part I will offer a replacement to be sent to you at no extra cost.
